Always in Motion

I call myself a sales professional and constant learner! That is how I identify myself these days, but I started my life as somebody that was always on the move.  I was, and still am a busy body, hardly allowing myself to sit still. I like to be moving. Growing up, I was not so keen on moving, as that meant moving schools, states, or even countries', but today I reflect on these times and am able to see them as character building. Through these moves, I learned how to adapt, fit in, and make friends. All of which help me as I continue in my nineteenth year in sales. 
I moved to Yakima, Washington about 5 years ago so that my husband could return to work at his family's Hops Farm. This move has been challenging, yet rewarding, as I have the Cascade Mountain range to explore both in the winter and in the summer.  Hiking and snow skiing are two of my favorite hobbies, as well as snowshoeing, and stand up paddle boarding, all of which I can do within an hours drive from my home. Hooray! 
Learning is my second passion. I am always in pursuit of enrichment, either via audible, traveling or the traditional classroom setting.  These days, I find myself pursing a  Master's in Communication and Leadership at Gonzaga University. I enjoy being in the classroom and learning more about effective communication. I am not sure where this study will take me, but for now I am happy learning.
